Mid-length type, mid-length strengthening type:

Low, mid/high-temperature series mid-length type heating cable is suitable for long pipeline, vessel and tank to prevent frostbite, keep warm, reduce condensation and trace heat. It is suitable for common area, dangerous area and corrosive area.

Cable structure:

1. Silvered aluminum alloy copper conductor

2. Conductive plastic layer

3. Fluorplastic insulation layer

4. Tinned copper wire insulation layer

5. Fluorplastic restrictive coating

1. Standard color: low temperature: black; mid temperature: brown; high temperature: red

2. Temperature range: low temperature: 65+/-5^oC; mid temperature: 105+/-5^oC; high temperature: 135+/-5^oC

3. Voltage grade: 24V, 36V, 110V, 220V, 380V

4. Insulation resistance: If cable length is 100m and environment temperature is 75^oC, test with 2,500VDC meter for1min and then insulation resistance is 3000Mohm at least.

Installation Works for Self-Regulating Heating Cables

Preparing Work:

(1). Test the electronic circuit integrated and insulation capability of all cable tracing.

(2). Exterior inspections both Electronic equipment and control, could not use the transmutative, Chapped, spare part are not completed and could not repair

(3). Check up the pipe serial number according to heating cable chart. Then install as been confirmed correct.

(4). It can not be installed without Products tagged, blurred or unable to identify,

(5). The Work of Heating pipes must be completed and tested by Hydraulic test (Hermetic experiment).
