XLPE insulated control cable

Use:
XLPE insulated control cable is suitable for DC and AC 50HZ 600/1000V power plants, transmission stations, factories, petrol chemical companies as the connection cable among automatic control instruments for transmitting electric power and signal to ensure safe running of the electric system.
Technical features:
1.Finished cable is subjected to 3500V AC voltage for 5min without breakthrough.
2.Insulation resistance is not less than 0.385MOHM.Km at 90oC.
3.It is better than PE insulated control cable in terms of heatproof, freezing-proof, chemical
resistance and electric performance, insulation resistance and life time.
Working condition:
1.Permitted long-term working temperature of conductor is 90oC.
2.Laying temperature should be lower than 0oC. Recommended bending radius:
Not less than 6 times of the outer diameter without armoring layer;
Not less than 12 times of the outer diameter with armoring or screening layer;
Not less than 6 times of the outer diameter with screening layer
