Use
This product adopts oxygen-free copper or tin-plated copper conductor, silicon rubber insulation, silicon rubber or flame-retardant PVC sheath. With excellence high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, anticorrosion, oil resistance, radiation resistance, ozone resistance, anti-aging, high flame retardancy and insulation, it is widely used as signal transmission wire of electric apparatus, instrument and automatic control system in high temperature or low temperature, acid, alkaline, oil, water and corrosive conditions in the industry of power supply, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, fire generation, factories, mines and enterprise, etc..
Using feature: AC rated voltage(U0/U):450/750V
Permitted long-term working temperature of conductor:
Silicon-rubber insulated and sheathed cable: -60oC~180oC
Silicon-rubber insulated PVC sheathed cable: <=105oC
Environmental temperature for laying silicon-rubber insulated and sheathed shouldn¡¯t be lower
than -60oC and that for laying PVC sheathed cable shouldn¡¯t be lower than -10oC.
Fire resistance: accord with IEC331 standard; temperature of flame: 750oC; burning time: 3h;
cooling time: 12h; additional voltage: 500V; additional current: 3A; not short circuit;
Accordance with GB12666.6-90 standard; temperature of flame: 950oC ~1000oC; burning time: 1.5h;
additional current: 3A; not short circuit;
Permitted bending radius of the cable without armoring should not be less than 12times of outer diameter
and that of soft cable is not less than 8 times of outer diameter.
