Application

This product is used for control, monitoring, measuring and protection circuits of equipment, fire alarming and protection equipment, emergent transmission, illumination and other emergent equipments under AC0.6/1KV, particularly used in the important places where safety is required high, like underground, underground marketplace, high building, intelligent communication building, power station and so on.

 

Characters:

It has all the characters of halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant control cable.

If burned at 800oC, it can also keep connecting to power for over 90min to meet the control need in emergency.

Technical performance:

1.burning performance

2.Through the test of halogen gas circling, PH value is not less than 4.3 and specific conductance is not more than 10uS/mm.

3.Through the test for the quantity of smoke generation during burning, the light transmission ratio is not less than 60%.

4.hrough the fireproof test, it passes Type B fireproof test as is required in IEC60331 and GB/T18380-2001 standard.

5.Through the fire-retardant test, it passed Type A (B or C) burning test as is required in IEC60332 and GB/T18380-2001 standard.

6.electric performance

(1) DC resistance of conductor should accord with the regulation in following table.

(2) It passes 3500V/5min voltage test without breakthrough.
(3) Insulation resistance factor (K) at 90oC is not less than 3.67MOHM¡¤km.

1.Max. rated temperature of conductor is 90oC.

2.Laying temperature should not be lower than 0oC. Permitted bending radius of the cable

 without armoring layer should not less than 8 times of the outer diameter and that of the cable

with armoring layer should not be less than 16times of the outer diameter.

Delivery length

1.Delivery length can not be less than 100,.

2.Any length of cable is able to be delivered on agreement.

3.Length error is not more than +/-0.5%.
